    I'd like a minimum of one per plot size (which would be two houses total) but you can do more if you want

    Ok I need an apartment building made. Here are the specifics:
    20x20
    Outside-acacia wood (Orange Ones)
    From as low possible to sky limit
    2 rooms per floor
    A central ladder
    3 high for each level
    Area will be lowered to 63 it is up to you to get it to bedrock
    Decorated but each identical
    I will need a creative screen shot of what one floor will look like.
    Pay will NOT be given in advance and you must be willing to sign a contract.
    Also we will need to agree to a timeline
    Additionally for the conversation detailing the screenshots you must select allow others to add users. You also need to upload the screenshots through ingur and get me the link and forum BB code missing the first [
