My friend logged with my Eff 7 so I was stuck using my Eff 5, when I use an Eff 5 I usually strip mine at y=9.

Well if you are using an Eff5 like me, I'd suggest strip mining in a 2x1. It would be helpful to get donation features such as pyro+ and fly. Use your superbreaker often and if you're lucky enough to find an extreme hills biome, mine it dry.
