Mining world has double the amount of ores, vs the main world.

 

A better place for this question would probably be the mining world area. As people who go there are more likely to be prepared to answer.

Also builders who would ask the same question can't see the answer here!

The mining world includes mobs [excellent for those that want EXP], PvP allowance [excellent for those who love combat, or want EXP], there are more resources and it is reset often (e.g., it has been reset today). Though I prefer mining in the main world for at least I have no fear of being attacked, and in my zones there are specifically large amounts of abandoned mine shafts, and, one has found, strongholds, inclusive of chests with rare and valuable items, I believe the mining world has its own advantage and thus now I tend to mine in both the normal and mining world.

 

Are you sure? I know that it definitely has more ores than the main world, but where did you get this statistic?

 

I think he means on a guessing basis. In other words, he means just 'More ores'.

 

It would be interesting to know the exact statistics though.

The mining world has more ores. and it has a much more wider space to mine and you have the privellages to mine everywhere except the spawn.
