ExtCommands if you are planning on getting ExtCommands+
ExtCreations if...I don't know.
Pyro if you are planning on getting Pyro+
Disguise if you want to have most fun at spawn you'll ever have on ECC
Overall, I'd say Stealth (Disguise) if you want to have fun, but ExtCommands for practical use.
