Hey fellow ecocraftians ! I'm just wondering how much would this building sell for because I am terrible at prices XD. Any opinion would be great! There are no photos of the inside due to it is still under construction.
That's a pretty cool build there johndom. I'm not too good at appraising these types of builds but judging solely off what it's built out of, it's size, and it's surroundings, I'd probably go with 20-30k. You can probably increase it's value by building up the area around it more.
