I think that is MCMMO but do correct me if I am wrong

 

It's called Green Thumb, however I do not think you are supposed to be getting that high level of replant at your level. I'm at 500, and I get it, and according to the Wiki, I am not supposed to either.

It is probably either lag, or the wiki is incorrect

 

Ecc has their own levels set for advantages that come with Mcmmo. However them fully growing seems very weird to me.

 

Ah forgot about that, yes. I thought the levels were higher, not lower.

 

This is happened to me and the past but I just assumed it was lag.

 

If you look at the number of the wheat seeds you're holding, the number does not go down until the seeds start to get replanted normally.
I wonder if this was related to lag and the wheat simply reappeared in the same fashion as phantom blocks would if you right click on them.

I agree with konan, it's most likely a lag issue or a client side bug. I can do the same with melon/pumpkins when they are ghost blocks.

 

It cant be client sided because I was there when she did this. And it did exactly what it showed in the video.

 

Maybe lag but server side instead of client? try break like 200 wheat and if it recreate check if you got 199 or 200 wheat.

and this happend with me before too.
