    What happened to towns providing services to new players? I remember free ereps, free public farms, places to fish, places to smelt fast, and all kinds of in town help. I feel like now a plot is just that. An empty space for you to store things or build an ugly looking wheat farm.

    I want to bring some community back to towns, does anyone have any ideas for services my town should offer? I’m personally thinking a large lake for fishing, at least a 50x100 farm for town members. Maybe offer some kind of eff5 rental for those who want to mine.

    I’m also thinking of making a rule against farm plots to prevent my town from becoming a giant wheat farm. Either way, any ideas?

    Make a land use restriction maybe? Basically assigning some plots for a particular use

    As a citizen of your community I agree, we should have some restrictions on builds in place. We have a MASSIVE wheat farm, no other farms really needed. I have erep and will gladly provide my services when available to town members.
