Hello, I'm looking for a laptop that I can use for school, but also run some steam games/minecraft on it. With the help of @Thecreator767 and several internet pages, I've managed to file it down to two laptops, before getting into the real technical stuff. That's why I'm here. Between those two, the more expensive of the two is (obviously) better. It has dedicated graphics but the i7 makes no difference when playing Minecraft. If I were you, i'd spend that $750 on a desktop unless of course you need the laptop for school. If you build your own desktop you'll get a better computer for cheaper.
I know that the more expensive one would most likely be better overall, I just wasn't sure if certain parts that wouldn't important for my uses are state-of-the-art or so. And sadly, I would have to purchase a laptop, a desktop wouldn't be of any use for me for multiple reasons. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
