I'm going to build a new city as my next project -- but I already own ten towns, so they would cost me $500,000 apiece. :(

OR I could buy four residents Mayor! $85,000 + $250,000 for the town transfer, and I save myself $660,000. So I'm going to do that.

If you are a Resident who doesn't want your Mayor town, please post below. I will choose four Residents in the next couple of weeks, and here is the deal.
1. I will pay you $85,000.
2. You must use the $85,000 to become Mayor, and apply for a town at exactly the coordinates I specify.
3. After you become Mayor, you must transfer the town to me, and I will pay you $250,000 for the transfer application (or pay it myself, I forget how that works).
4. These transactions will be in the form of contracts which must be signed before any of this happens.

End result: I get four new towns, and you get Mayor for FREE!

Please post on this thread if you are interested. Please don't contact me in-game except with questions. I will contact interested Residents in the order which they post here.

 

Yes, a town transfer is a non-negotiable part of the deal. I wouldn't put in the kind of investment I put into cities without being the legal/original owner.
