What type of Mac is it? My power book G4 can't run anything... But the newer ones are (obviously) much better then a 10 yr oldish computer. Although Some windows computers (I assume you mean that when you say pc) can do the same thing.

It all depends on what you want to do, if you aren't a total noob and you are an artist/animator/3d designer or something similar then the mac is something for you.
If you are a total noob or you aren't a graphical designer then windows is something for you :b\

Linux is still better than both, it just has a steep learning curve and is totally not noob friendly.

There is no comparison... Macs come nowhere near PC from a hardware perspective, although if
you are a graphics designer the software for Mac may be for you, but the flexibility and processing
power of a PC put it miles above the rest.

I have a G4 and for Windows is a Dell Precion 490, I like Windows better than Mac, my G4 only has like a 30 GB hard drive (I was shocked when that was discovered) and it has a password to where I can't change a account settings.

I guess that's what you get for free :b

I have a 2010 MacBook Pro. I bought it refurbished, and I was told it would have a 250 gb hard drive and 4 gb ram. When I got it, it had a 500 gb hard drive :D and 8 gb of ram :D lol!

Anyway, it'll run just about anything, and no matter what I do, I can't make it lag. I still have good old Snow Leopard on it, too many issues with Lion still, I'm scared to update. I even had 25 tabs open in my browser once, and I had downloads or HD videos in all of them, and STILL no lag!

Now, sadly, my hard drive is messed up, probably from my friend, who threw my backpack after school, not knowing my laptop was in there. It still works, but it makes a ton of noise and grinding sounds at the faster RPMs. My entire computer is slow, LAGGY, and jammed up since I downloaded a texture pack, and was redirected to adf.ly. I was looking into MacKeeper, but I read reviews first, and found out that it's a joke. I have no clue what to do now :(

I've just been deleting all this junk on my computer, and removing applications I don't need/use. I hope it works :?

adf.ly is just as redirect website with ads.
After 5 seconds a button appears at the top right and you will go to the download/website.

Well, my computer isn't as LAGGY now, I think it was stupid Time Warner Cable (AGAIN! ) but every time I am redirected with adf.ly, I click the button at the top, and do the download. When it's done, I not only have my download, but all sorts of random files that have nothing to do with the download, however, if I download something from the same place and "manually redirect" I don't get the junk. Any ideas about this? It makes me really angry that I have to spend a lot of time deleting all this junk I get, and I have no idea where it's coming from, except adf.ly :?

Hell, I use a mac, and I voted for Windows.
Getting a new gaming computer sometime around Christmas, because Mac just feels too limited.

To eject it, just click and drag it to where the trash is, but instead of trash, it will show an eject icon :p
