We have created a great system that gives both the workers and employers benefits. Either the employers (static and I) or the workers will find a job. The workers will then go to the job, depending on how many are required. Each worker is assigned their own trade sign. When you complete a job you put 2k into the sign. Once the sign runs out of money, that worker will receive one or multiple valuable prizes such as large plots or expensive tools. How do i get started?
