As for the content, I managed to get even slower than that. As mentioned, lava on top. Also... backwards. If I calculated correctly back then, it was less than 1/200 block per second. So... world record not valid. ^.^

Alternatively, /speed 0. :p

 

Don't ask for credit trust me that will get you little. i know from 1 year experience. Just wait it out and try harder. I learned this from my overall life on Ecc

I never understood why you actually move at /speed 0 :p

 

/effect <IGN> 2 (I think that's slowness, I don't really know) 252 5000 + Bow + Soulsand + Lava + Crouching = Slowest speed ever while still moving.

You move at speed 0 (use f3 and watch your x/z coords change)

 

Not really... You can see the decimals change. And if anything, being stationary is the slowest speed. :p

 

But you are moving slower than speed 0.01, no?
Besides, if you didn't move at speed 0, jumping while walking forward at speed 0 wouldn't send you forward.

 

0<0.01. Means that 0 is slower than 0.01, a.k.a. not moving. But you can try going 30 speed. (get dat reference, huh, huh?)

 

You do move at speed 0... I've walked 1 block with speed 0 enabled... (it wasn't quick)
The decimals changing means you are moving. You can even see yourself moving if you pay attention and look closely.
