Town Features​

1. Town Portal:

Access to The ValleyFarm Nation spawn room can be found on floor 4 and dark blue section of the portal rooms.

Portals are used for users who require easy access to the nation spawn area from spawn. is in convenience for users without Teleporation donations or Multihome donations.

2. Nation Portal:

As we all know, running farm to farm in a farm nation is extremely annoying and time consuming. To maximize farm time, The Valleyfarm Nation has implemented a Town-Town Portal system.

3. Nation Warp:

4. Co-Mayor Permissions:

As The valleyFarm Nation requires immense expansion to prosper as the greatest farm nation, we must sell permissions!


Co-Mayor Permissions gives a user the right to sell exclusive access to all valleyfarm farm towns. This feature is for Residents+.


As a Co-Mayor, a quota is set to ensure maximum commitment to all Co-Mayors. A quota of 2 permissions sold per week must be met in order to retain Co-Mayorship. If I am notified on your leave and the time of leave, Co-Mayorship will be help and not removed.

The Co-Mayor Grief Bonus is a bonus paid to the Co-Mayor of $1,000.00 ECD per felon caught.

All users who have Co-Mayor Permissions have access to their own locked vault. The vault is specifically used for the user to pay the owner his 25% commission on permission sales. The transfer of funds consists of a [Trade] sign, for the sale of a piece of dirt for the commission amount of $2,500.00 ECD.

Co-Mayor Permissions for all towns costs an initial $20,000.00 ECD. After purchase, all permissions sold to users will be paid back 25% to the owner liamfrench.​

Some co-mayors have made upwards of 20,000 ECD in one day!

1. If a user breaks a block without replacing it, it is considered griefing, and the user will be able to post for an appeal.
2. if a user is caught harassing other players, any co-mayor has the right for removal, and will notify the player on the forums for an appeal opportunity.
3. If the user spams the local chat channel, the user will be removed for trolling.
4. If the user is performing any malfeasance that a co-mayor deems inappropriate, the user will be removed and notified for an appeal.
4. A member is deemed by their purchase of member permissions, a co-mayor who has purchased perms and who is removed as co-mayor does not have member permissions and will not retain their nation permissions.
5. Permissions sold are lifetime permissions, although; permissions sweeps may be done every few months to remove members offline.
6. If the user is purchasing permissions from a payment plan, they must have an upfront paid of $2,500.00 ECD. They have 3 days to pay off the remaining amount.

**Co-Mayor Rules**

1. A co-mayor does not have the right to remove the original owner liamfrench
2. A co-mayor cannot remove other co-mayors, even if they suspect grief. Co-mayors who are suspicious of other co-mayor for grief must apply for a grief bonus application.
3. A co-mayor must meet the required 2 permissions sold weekly. If the co-mayor does not notify absence from game-play and does not meet required permissions, they will be removed of all co-mayor duties with no refund.
4. A co-mayor must sell permissions for $10,000.00 ECD. If sold for more or less, with exception of payment plans, the co-mayor will be removed of his duties without refund.
5. A co-mayor does not have the right to build within the town region, unless they have permissions from liamfrench.
6. A co-mayor will pay liamfrench $2,500.00 ECD through an individual sign for each permissions sold.
7. A co-mayor will ask the user to apply on the forums, accepting their application, before they add the user to the members with permissions.
8. A co-mayor does not keep lifetime perms when reveled of their duties, unless they have a separate members permissions purchased

8. Chunk Farms:


The ValleyFarm Nation include access to the largest chunk farm build on the server.

Currently there are a series of builds in contract:

1000x16x25 Melon
1000x16x25 Pumpkin
1000x16x15 Reed
400x16x25 Cocoa
400x16x25 Netherwart

The significance of the chunk farms is its large decrease in lag. Minecraft ganerates 3 blocks around the one you're standing in. When we create a farm in the same block rank, there is less for it to regenerate. Thus, a major decrease in lag and increase in fps.

9. Premium Loans:

The ValleyFarm Nation provides an extensive loan service. The loan applications can be posted in this thread or that of http://tinyurl.com/vfarmpreminumloans.

How does it work?

Well, say you're looking at buying a town that will cost you around 80,000 ECD from an ECC user. In order to purchase this, you want to take out a loan. Filling out a Premium Loans application, with the required prerequisites, will ensure maximum security and convenience. On the loan amount, there will be a specific interest and time frame. You will be given this time frame to pay a weekly fee to the loan office. If the loan is not paid on that date, a complaint will be filled. If the reinforcement of moderators does not suffice, the loan will be written off and counted as bad-debt until paid.

Prerequisite Requirements:

- Must be Mayor+
- Must have over $200 in donations and attached screenshot proof (In-game) - Must be In-game donation - forum donations are not applicable
- Must have an alibi for your seriousness and dedication (Being a moderator is not enough) - sufficient in-game proof is required - alibi must be donator ($200 donations) and President+
- Willing to sign a contract
- Willing to accept all increase in interest on the extension of the loan
