    why would players farm things for you and give you what they farmed and then receive a salary. They could just farm things themselves and get more money. Because you have to take their farmed goods and sell them for money, and give them less money in return so you can earn money to pay your managers. For example, if Bob works for your company by breeding chickens and butchering them, and you collect those chicken meat and sell them to the public and you get 2000 ecodollars. Then, you would have to take that money and give a fraction of it to Bob, and give some of it to yourself too. So then Bob receives 1000 ecodollars, and you receive 1000 ecodollars. But bob could have earned 2000 dollars if he worked and sold his goods independently. So why would people work for your company when they could earn more money by themselves.

    Because sometimes, people just don't have the sufficient materials or oportunities to have a good pay themselves. Also, if you don't like this thread, then stop posting here.

    Dear jazbeam if i have workers for me i will pay them 50% of the money but if i have more workers i will have to pay less but all of them get money.
