I have come up with a HUD-style mod which is the result of some discussion had in-game and thoughts of my own that I had. XPBarPlus is a mod that acts as a HUD for useful information regarding the experience points that you have in your account. It looks as such:

As can be seen, to the right of the experience bar, you will see how many nether stars are held in your /exp balance, how much experience is held currently, and the amount of experience required to level up.

(For example, in the above image, I have 1104 exp, and to get to level 28, I need 1186 exp. 1104 exp is the equivalent of 2.007 nether stars, which is rounded down. Something I like to do is to estimate how much that is in EcoDollars, I multiply 2.007 by the current market price of one nether star to get about how much money I have held in experience.)

The mod currently supports versions 1.20.6 and 1.21.3, and requires the Fabric API to be installed. If you are interested in adding this mod to your setup and would like a different version to be available, feel free to drop a reply and I'll see what I can do to get it added.

 

I've just uploaded a version for Minecraft 1.21.3 which allows toggling the information with "/xpbarplus".
