I ( @blaze987 ) am making this thread to inform new and old players alike of the new town, Yup_Laptop. I along with my co mayors, @XxMrM4RTINERxX and @shermars . Have created this town with a 64x64 cocoa farm which is currently being expanded down to bedrock. We are now accepting new members. Please pm one of us in game or leave a comment here. We are also selling plots and apartment rooms. You are allowed to have farms in your plot and I (blaze987) will do the water for free. We have a town portal in towns 5 on the lapis path if you'd like to check us out.

Price: 1k per day comes with access to one layer of the cocoa farm. 500 buys you a regular room or it comes free with a membership to the farm for a period of time 7 days +. You can also upgrade to a suite for 2.5k. Plots are now 1k per 10x10 , 4k per 20x20. Shops are also now for sale. Rent is 500 per month or 2k to buy indefinitely.
