Have you ever mangaed a town or project: Yes. I have ran a town of 130~ people on what was once the largest north american server(back in 2011). I have ran other towns, but not to that scale. I have also been admin and moderator on two servers to note. These servers were fairly decent in size, and show that I have loads of experience in management. Lastly, I currently run my own server network, of which is doing very well How do you handle conflict: I handle conflict maturely, and in the most structural way possible. If people are fighting, I go for multiple sources to find what started it. I would not take any form of action, until all sides of said argument are in agreement. Do you believe that you are a leader: Yes, as seen above, I am a leader.
