Minecraft Username: FreeLemonz Reason for ban: Donation scamming Rule violated: I did not violate any rule, as you will see by the explanation I am about to give. Explain what this rule means: I personally do not think this is necessary, because I did not break the rule of "No Scamming." Why I should be unbanned: I was banned for some donation scamming that Niteshock did at my house. I admit that he is one of my good friends in real life, but however I didn't no at all he has been scamming. I assume that you banned my IP, which means that none of my siblings can enjoy the EcoCityCraft server. There is no proof that my account, FreeLemonz, scammed at all. I feel that it is unfair that people automatically assume that I used an alternate account and that all of my siblings and I get banned for what my friend did, mistake or on purpose. Thanks for reading this Ban Appeal, and I will have a firm talk with Niteshock about the situation and a possible solution to it. (In real life, that is.)
I would also like to add that I am a trusted Resident on the server. I have multiple accounts of people that know how trusted I am, even with their big amounts of money in loans and trades. These people include Matrix_rep, Altabyte, victorparas, maximparas, and Keeper_X. Thank you for reading, once again xD

If I may add when I was scammed the person I talked to was VERY familiar with the rules of ecc and how to Handle takeing screen shots and reporting.
While you say that Niteshock is a sibling of yours that went through with the scamming... we have precise evidence of the scammed money being directly transferred to your account not even minutes after the scam took place. Let's pretend that Niteshock is actually a sibling of yours... that still would not excuse your involvement in the matter. It was clear that the intentions of the scammed funds were going to be sent to you. I'm convinced that Niteshock was just an account meant to scam other users out of their money considering that the account was never on ECC weeks prior to this scam. The account just logs on for the first time, scams a user, and the funds were sent straight to you? Seems rather suspicious to me indeed. I'd advise in your next appeal to be truthful and own up to your actions. Lying won't get you anywhere. Appeal denied. Locked
