I feel the need to contribute this insight to you xGaj, as I did with Liam Slayer. I have no hard feelings to, or about you. I just want to give you some advice. As I directly said on Liam Slayer's ban appeal: I have seen many Ban Appeals like yours, and I want to give you some advice. ECC's policy on banning for hacking is very lenient for good reasons. We only ban if a hack is very clear. Unknown reviews the evidence to make sure that he is 100% positive a player is hacking. As I've seen before, when a player who was found guilty of hacking appeals, they must admit to what they did. As I said, ECC only bans for hacking if we are absolutely sure you were hacking. As a word of advice, if you want to rejoin the server, you must make your appeal more apologetic and admit defeat, rather than try to deny Unknown's findings.
And your 40 comments on this thread arnt minimodding? Lol there's a difference be tween iticip telling him to not lie and give him a suggestion
Any comments that aren't absolutely needed after this point will result in a forum warning. You all know better.
xGAJx, I don't know you well, I don't really like you, but my best advice either way is realize that my video was extremely obvious force field hacking and you should just admit it and Unknownrider might unban you. Don't say you won't admi to something you didn't do, because you wee hacking, so just say sorry, get unbanned, and the whole thing will be over. If you deny it, things will just get worse for you. Edit: Nicit6 sorry, I didn't see your post. Sorry
I won't say it again, I never hacked and I never will admit to someting I didn't do. And you can never be 100 % sure, because In my heart I will know that Unknownrider was wrong, wether he believes me or not That's all.
I would laugh if you got banned for pvp hacking when you never did, only then will you really know what It's like to be in this situation.
There have been many warnings given to everyone, and as @nicit6 said, forum warnings have been given to those who posted unnecessary comments on this Ban Appeal.
So, I've reviewed the evidence multiple times and have even pondered many different scenarios in which any visual representation of hacking could be mistaken, but nothing was decided for this video and my decision still stands on the matter. What I saw in that video was of hacking and I rarely make a mistake on this judgement when given the proper evidence. I've been catching hackers for well over a year and a half and have become accustomed to what they look like in action, so lying is not necessarily an option in this case. I'd advise that in your next ban appeal you would admit the truth. Appeal Denied. Locked
