IGN: Zecrux Reason: Loan Scamming dork1877 and PvP hacking Counter Reason: I have fully paid off the loan I am just missing one screenshot. I admit to using illegal modifications on this server which gave me an unfair advantage in pvp. Can I please be unbanned and I will pay 1k back to dork.... I also won't ever hack again.
I do not acknowledge any payments made to me. I would like unedited screenshot proof of all payments. Also I believe the attached screenshot is edited and should be dismissed as valid evidence.
Also I would like to mention that his "appeal"shows absolutely zero remorse for what he has done. I have had to file 3 separate complaints against the felon. This all to get back a loan that I graciously offered to him when he was in a bind. I would really like, and deserve a personal serious apology to me for taking half a year to pay me back.
#1 this ban appeal does not concern anyone but the ECC staff, dork1877 and me. Please refrain from commenting here. Also, I was banned for not paying back a loan, and pvp hacking. The hacking does not concern ECD whatsoever. #2 I'm not showing remorse because you offered to make this loan in the first place. It wasn't your duty, it was your choice. Plus, I already paid off the loan and you know that. Every time I paid a payment in game and messages you about it, you did not respond dork1877. I feel as if you planned this. To make me pay these payments twice. #3 that screenshot is not edited. #4 you confirmed 125k of payments of the loan in our private conversation. That means I only have to show proof of the 21k that was not paid off. I only had to pay off 146k in case you've forgotten. I posted my 1 and only screenshot of that 20k. There is only 1k not accounted for.
Considering there was confirmation of the rest of the payment which I saw as it was being made, I will not require screenshots of that. That being said, you will be receiving a week for the hacking and a additional week for the scamming. Before I get to that I need a picture of your, Zecrux, mods folder and you in game. I also will be requiring a screen of the 1k payment when it is made, and if you are ever caught doing this again a month or more may be the punishment.
I also feel 2 weeks is a bit unfair as the loan is only 1k left, which I'm pretty sure I have in my balance already... Also I have already been banned for a while and have been appealing since the day I was banned by andrewkm.
Tommied has made a good point regarding the screenshot. Why is it blurred out partially. Further, as for the 1k issue, our policy is if you are banned for the same scam twice you will get a week temp ban and I will be enforcing that policy. There is no way I will change my mind about the two weeks.
What about the pvp aspect of it. I was only banned once and I have already been banned for a while for it. I've been appealing to Andrew for something like 2 weeks. Also, the screenshot isn't blurry for me.
Also, I'm not going to deny hacking anymore as everyone including all staff thinks I hack, but that screenshot was taken when I was at the height of my "pvp career" and as you can see, no hacks.
Please take screens of you logged into mine craft and your mine craft mods folder and then I will finish this appeal.
Hit print screen, then go into paint and hit ctrl+v. Anyone feel free to correct me if there is an easier way.
My mods folder is blank and my versions folder just says like 1.7 and 1.6 and optifine. And what exactly do I do to get screenshot of it.
Also, do you want to see the folders because you want to see that the hacks are gone, or what hacks I was using?
Actually you are very very wrong. What about all those people you killed in PVP who lost their stuff? What about all the SG matches you only one because you were hacking? I honestly laugh at your thought process when you typed out those 6 words. It couldn't be any less true.
