Additional information: It is also possible conferateboys, per say, logged and re logged giving the lag that he needed to be "invisible." That is why he appeared for a split second before he was able to tp away.

 

Additional Information: Why do you think I had gotten your tool in the first place? I left before any of the "dropping occurred. Yes I realised you two where interaction so I left so I didn't cause any harm. In the past I have lost valuable items while they where dropped on the ground after an repair and the person who done the repair let me kill them to show they did not have it and it showed they did not. I am sorry this could be the same kind of thing that happen'd to your tool, I know it sucks and I am truly sorry.

 

Additional Information: Umm I am thinking you took it because I saw you appear for a split second and then disappear after the sword disappeared.

 

Thats usually what happens when you get tp'ed somewhere and that split second when I disappeared was when I went away from the scene so I wouldn't interfere.

Additional Information: So like I said above I saw you after the sword disappeared, so when you showed up that means the lag ended, so you must have been there for awhile.

With further investigation I was unable to find any further information. With that said I will have to close this complaint with no actions taken. The sword was not found and there is no proof that any of you have it. There are times where the main world will clear entities from the ground, and this could be one of those times where the sword was caught on the ground when this happened. From now on, I will ask that you to always use a chest for these repairs. Its so much safer.
