General Purpose of Contract:
Loan of 75k and purchase of a future city.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Pay @Turtwig2014 the amount of 75,000 eco dollars.
• Set up town posts for @Turtwig2014 's mayor application. These will be located at the following co-ords. (X, Y, Z)
  • -3680, 72, -4555
  • -3680, 72, -4355
  • -3880, 65, -4355
  • -3880, 71, 4555
• Take time-stamped pictures of all transactions.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Turtwig2014 will, immediately following my payment of 75k (outlined above) fill out the mayor application exactly as shown inside the spoiler below (copy and paste).
• @Turtwig2014 will then pay back the amount of 40,000 eco dollars by the date 4 weeks (28 days) from the time of my original payment of 75k (outlined above).
• @Turtwig2014, after having his mayor application accepted, will then add me as the owner of the town, and from then forth have no affiliation with the town whatsoever.
• This contract will provide permission for me to apply for a future town transfer application.
• Will read zoning laws and all other rules before posting the mayor application (to make it legitimate).

Additional information about your town: Just a town I want to build. Nothing special yet.
Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this: Yes

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
