All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: I will give him the ownership of my town "Seasideheights" after he has bought me 2 ECC Giftcards and payed me 60k. He will then be given 3 weeks to pay me 100k. If he has not payed within the 3 weeks he will then not receive his money back and I will take my town back in which I will message Andrewkm Directly. I should receive 160k in ECC cash and 2 ECC Giftcards. <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: To give him my town "Seasideheights" after he has bought me 2 giftcards and payed me 60k. Then once he has payed me the 100k he will then have complete ownership of the town.
