Though I've tried my best to get some conclusive evidence for my theory, there's no way of getting anywhere near the reactor (and believe me, I had some adventurous attempts). Even though the storm has passed, and life here is starting to return to normal, there's still a dark shadow cast over that tower. I know that the government is withholding something from us. Whilst I may be no closer solving the mystery of the delegate's disappearance, I haven't given up yet. After getting no comment from Magnus, or The President himself, I've decided it's time to approach some... less official individuals. Keon Greeley was once the former president(now missing delegate)'s right hand man. During his time in office, it's said that Keon knew the nation's best kept secrets. After a bounty was placed on Outer's head, Keon was the one who led the resistance against Zodiac Forces. Once the rebellion was over, Keon and the rest of his rebel group were imprisoned in Picon, and according to my sources, they're still there. If there are secrets to be uncovered, then who better to approach then the secret keeper himself? Then again, breaking into a top security prison may not be the easiest of feats... The only alternative would be to talk to Canceron's best and brightest; Cyrus Xander. Cyrus is the intelligent, powerful CEO of Cancerons leading technology company, and can be credited for the design of the Zodiac’s new political station; colonial 1. Tipped to become Canceron’s new Quorum delegate, Cyrus is a popular figure both within Canceron, and other colonies, but more importantly, he's an expert when it comes to anything technical.
