List of ECC's farm towns

I would like to put together a list of the towns that have existing functional farms of significant size. Please reply with as much of the following info as you have available. I'm trying to get this list to a useful state ASAP. The map of the spawn to town portals can be found here.

Town Name: Farmville
Town Current Owner (not necessarily the original owner): quefueve and mylosilver
Farm size and Crop Type (currently installed and operational): 200x200x17, 13 pumpkin floors, 4 melon floors
Name of nearest spawn to town portal: Portal in FarmvilleX (towns8, blue wool line) with a direct access to Farmville (only a Lift Down sign and a couple steps away).
Are "perms" available for purchase? Yes for 25k, payment plans are available.

Town Name: Farmistan
Town Current Owner (not necessarily the original owner): Slacker965 and mikelefebvre
Farm size and Crop Type (currently installed and operational): 200x200x16, 2 floors reed 14 floors pumpkin
Name of nearest spawn to town portal: Lakesville
Are "perms" available for purchase? Nope

Town Name: Wildehaven
Town Current Owner (not necessarily the original owner): Skylexia
Farm size and Crop Type(currently installed and operational): many levels of 200x200, at least one for each crop, with multiple levels for Melons.
Name of nearest spawn to town portal: Wildehaven is diagonally adjacent to spawn and doesn't need a portal.
Are "perms" available for purchase? NO. This farm is for the use of the current ECC Staff Team.

Town Name: Chillsville
Town Current Owner (not necessarily the original owner): Delucaco
Farm size and Crop Type (currently installed and operational): 176x16 62 floor pumpkin farming, 176x16 63 floor reed farm, 132x32 30 floor wheat farm, 176x16 15 floor netherwart farm.
Name of nearest spawn to town portal: Ember
Are "perms" available for purchase? To an extent, yes. They are available for 2.5k/hour, 5k for 3 hours, 10k a day, 50k a week and 125k/month. NO FOREVER PERMS (To keep the farms 100% full.)

Town Name: Farm

Farm size and Crop Type (currently installed and operational): 200x200x11 pumpkin farm on 10 levels, melon on top level
Name of nearest spawn to town portal: There is no town portal i believe, but its fairly close to spawn

Thank you cbill. Everyone can please feel free to add listings for farms that you know of even if you're not the owner. My aim is to get the list up as quickly and accurately as possible.

 

I put the smaller farms (200x200x1 or less) in a clickable "spoiler" so that the length of the list would be more manageable.

But please don't let that discourage you from adding smaller farms to the list! It's still worth doing.
