Lost Eff7 Pick in Server Crash

Brief Description: Server crashed, eff7 pick is nowhere to be found​

Instructions: Log on, pick is in inventory, put the pick in chest to go farming. The server crashed, I looked in the chest and the pick was not there. I looked in any other places I could've accidentally found it.​

Result: Eff7 pick not in chest, nowhere to be found​
