And this - citizens of Piville - is the reason why I have taken control over Piville. 314 has fled, but he shall pay for his misgovernment. I used to be the former secretary of state and it was my job to save Piville from 314'S agressive policy towars other towns and nations. 314 has begun an unprecedented armament of Piville. This very morning a small riot started at the Cherry Blossom Avenue in the Berlin district, and 314 stopped it with the use of tanks. The whole area has been obstructed since. He created many grievances like this, for example his policy of not informing the public - yes, I mean you - after the bombing incident. There were rumors spreading about a second bomb. This rumor is true. The small bomb was only there to distract the government. I guessed this correctly and suspected a second bomb - it was me who prevented Piville of becoming a crater! I was hoping for an image war of our armies. They would need to be legit things from the internet thought. Because now this would be so pointless. no need for something that's worth dying for.

We were able to create a chemical substance capable of defoliating any kind of tree. As well, it is able to ruin crops as you wanted. Step 2 has been completed as well, we have produced genetically modified seeds capable of resisting the substance. We have tested the substance right outside of the Piville borders. Testing successful, I would say. And as well, as you might see, we were able to enhance our camera technology and are now able to produce pictures with a much higher quality. Step 3 will be to ruin the farmer's harvests outside of Piville.
