    Pontvert Incorporation Terms of Employment

    The following rules and guidelines apply specifically to workers in Pontvert Incorporation, a registered wood and wooden compounds manufacturer and store branch, based at #1 Riverbrook Road, Riverside, Cookietown.

    "WORKER"
    defines an employed worker in the Incorporation. "BENEFACTOR" defines someone with specific tree farm perms as they have donated to the company or are former workers who reserve the ability to farm.


    GENERAL BEHAVIOUR AND COMPANY RULES

    • The Company reserves the right to hire and dismiss workers for any reason(s). We also reserve the right to refuse applications.
    • All workers and benefactors accept any permissions they are given are not to be abused, and any griefing occurring in towns where the griefer had access only via the Incorporation will be reported. You risk maximum charges for griefing, whether related to the Incorporation or not. Any users abusing their permissions will have them taken.
    • Workers accept that tree farms provided by the Incorporation are to be used strictly for work purposes only. Only small amounts of wood may be retained from the company and sold elsewhere.
    • Workers accept that they may be fined or reported for certain mischievious acts.
    • Workers who abuse, insult or act superior to the General Public and do not reflect a positive reflection on the Incorporation will immediately be removed from the Company.
    • Confidential information is to be kept private at all times. Under no circumstances (except that of an inquiry by an appropriate authority) are workers and benefactors allowed to reveal confidential trades.
    • We reserve the right to dismiss workers for inactivity within the company.
    REFUSALS OF APPLICATIONS AND DISMISSALS

    • We may refuse applications if:
      • A formal complaint has before been posted against the applicant for grief.
      • A formal complaint has before been posted against the applicant for anti-social behaviour.
      • A formal complaint has before been posted against the applicant for scamming.
      • The applicant did not agree to the Terms of Employment.
      • The applicant was dismissed from the Incoporation within a 4-week-period of the application being posted.
      • The applicant has been informally known for scamming/trolling/griefing.
      • The application was meant with means of distress, dislike or trolling.
    • If the application was denied, we ask all users to refrain from posting another application until a month or so has passed.
    • We may or may not offer lifetime discounts to former workers if they are dismissed or choose to leave. By the concept of honesty and society, we will happily allow workers to leave the company at any time, so long as they state and explain why.
    • Dismissals due to griefs may come with a fine if the grief was on company-protected land.
    • We reserve the right to keep reasons behind dismissals confidential to everyone except moderators.
    • You reserve the right as workers and benefactors to appeal against a dismissal or fine through complaints or vocally to the incorporation.
    BENEFACTOR RIGHTS
    • Benefactors reserve the right to use our farms unless their rights are taken away.
    • Benefactors reserve the right to not sell their wood to the Incorporation.
    • Benefactors may not use tree farms excessively and may have their rights removed for this.
    • We reserve the right to remove benefactors' permission for any reason.
    BY POSTING AN APPLICATION FOR WORK, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND, IF ACCEPTED, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW THEM.
