Purchase of mayor rank and permanent transfer of town ownership

General Purpose of Contract:
To pay SHarding 85k for them to purchase the rank of mayor (rank must be applied for with 24 hours of this contract being accepted by all parties) and not to be used on anything else but purchasing the rank mayor also to transfer permanent ownership of the town to Jakeyray18. The town will be named and placed as to the details that will be provided later in this post by Jakeyray18. (failure to complete the above criteria will require returning a total of 85,000 ecodollars to jakeyray18 within the time limit provided by the staff member dealing with the situation of a contract breach if it occurs).
