    20k is quite expensive for those shears :|

    5-10k Efficiency 5 book
    3-6k Unbreaking 3 book
    4-8k Silk Touch book

    Note:
    These books can be obtained for around those prices, the books are usually not at the top of the priice range listed

    So let's say you got the cheap end. That's still 12k plus 3 anvil combos. 20k is still reasonable because the buyer doesn't have to find the books and get them combined.
