Spawnshop #26 auction.

Auction Closes November 3rd at 11pm EST (Bids at 11:01pm won't be accepted)

The bidding starts at 20,000 EcoDollars for the 4 weeks.
Minimum bid increments will be 5,000 EcoDollars. You can of course bid by much more.

You must reply with a bid amount and *only* a bid amount. Nothing else will be posted in this thread. No questions, no cheers, no comments, nothing. Posting absolutely anything but a bid amount will result in an INSTANT THREAD BAN. (You will not be able to participate in this auction afterwards)

In the event a bid is less then the previous bid your bid will be void. Any trolling / abuse will also result in an instant thread ban.

You must have the amount you're are bidding in your balance at the time of your bid. If you do not this as well will result in an immediate thread ban.

If you are the winner your bid will be absolutely forced on you. If you cannot pay the final bid it will result in confiscation of EcoDollars / property to pay for the auction. Bid with extreme caution.

Yes you are allowed to participate in this auction even if you already own a trade shop, you will however forfit the one you currently own.

All bids must be 100% paid for by the immediate closing of the auction.
