Complaint:

Gather around children for tale begins with an eviction. A rightful eviction. Sadly for the victim of this great tale he had bought a plot from @fishman5000, the only Mayor who ever actually helped me. However this stirred up controversy as @TheYoungGun decided he could abuse the system and get his plot back through griefing and a series of complaints about not getting a proper eviction notice sent to @buddermanrules behind @fishmans5000 's back. Which he blindly blamed on me. @TheYoungGun had not been to the plot for weeks and had build it solid and square (which is possibly in violation of the rules, SE/See Evidence). At first noticing this, he had locked my signs on my property (SE) and also had his father @Sheep_mage lock one of my lift signs after abusing /j. Which both used to break in very often (see evidence). Soon after this @Fishman500 struck a deal with him, giving him a full refund and a free new plot. At this point it was clearly said between moderators (@Smorezs , can verify this) that the property was mine, everyone knew this. However @Jacob43365 got involved and gave him my plot, unknowing of the deal struck with @fishman5000 (SE). What does this mean? It means @buddermanrules allows non-mayors to sell plots. @TheYoungGun used a loophole to get his plot back by complaining he was evicted without proper notice. Well, I was not alerted of my eviction either, So this complaint is also in regards to that. Also since @Jacob43365 is not an official mayor, I do believe this would also be against the rules as well. The newest development would be the latest griefing attempt, in which blocks on my plot were destroyed in order place down obsidian to then lock them (SE).

@fishman5000 is not to be seen as a felon in this case and was the only person seeking justice on my behalf. @buddermanrules never talked to me about this.​

this was followed by a series of TNT blocks being placed on my home, which was stopped short by mods. Luckily he was not able to do any damage or place too many.

This is the latest grief addressed at the end of my complaint, @Epicmiti had given me permission to break the block to gain evidence (this jungle block was replaced and remains unaltered), surely I found locked blocks below. Which he had talked about doing. He said he would place obsidian blocks so if he was evicted or the house was sold again I would not be able to break them, this is an attack on me. Not a player wanting a plot. He has said on several occasions that the building is a troll. He even said it is perfect location so everyone can see it. He purposely created an eyesore and admitted to it in so many words. I fear my property will be griefed again for posting this, and it most likely will be. However, I will not allow @TheYoungGun and @Sheep_mage to bully the town I care about so much. I will admit this has been frustrating, but @buddermanrules has done the best he can, however problems will not go on without being addressed.
