    Thank you for filing this complaint. In the first screenshot you provided, user was warned shortly after doing so. Although, in the second screenshot, where sg chat is being spammed, he wasn't warned, thus I will be issuing him an in-game warning. If you find the user practicing the same behavior, feel free to take screenshots and file another complaint.
