We looked into the situation. Your screenshots show you were not riding a minecart when you were exploring the tracks on foot, if you were you would not have died from the fall. The deep hole is part of the track and not a kill-trap. We have determined that this was an accident and there was no intention to purposely kill you. Complaint Dismissed
