Factions Economy, making it fair for non-donors

    So a lot of new players are complaining about the prices in the shop, and having looked at them myself they seem a little steep for those trying to start the server legit. For example only 2 Nether warts for $1000, and then having them sell for $50 per 32. There needs to be a natural way for new players to gain money, and no one will gain money from them sort of sell prices, making these prices more suitable for making money will bring new players in to stay, because right now many are leaving as they are not able to get their feet off the ground and kick start themselves without having donated.

    Yeah, voting is one, and mining no because you can't sell it for much, but other than voting there needs to be alternative ways, especially since voting is limited

    I agree on this suggestion, voting is a main source of money for non-donators, they need a way they could farm money and/or work for it
