    By a chance did you change your mine craft username? Also do you have the receipt of the purchase. Also on what server did you lose your rank? Please try to provide proof of purchase as it will help the staff solve your issue faster.

    Contact an admin or higher and they will check buy craft and restore it for you

    The reason was that if you got a donation credit from voting, they got taken away somehow in the reset. Because this has happened to a few others.
