Because I apparently "Logged off when asked for files on 13-16-2015 at 15:29" by biggiesk. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I definitely think I deserve another chance on this server. First, that one day in the year I decided to briefly log on, and then log off. Apparently when I went out to PvP in my kit, somebody thought I was hacking. Eventually I died and decided to log off and probably never come back. It turns out a staff member asked me for files at that time. I don't know how I can prove it that I wasn't hacking then, but I wasn't... I had barely any idea I was so accused of hacks. I thought it was just some noob who thought I had hacks so I replied "No" and went offline. I didn't even know I was banned, and now I want to actually play on that server, and apparently I'm banned...
Ok, well... are you going to show the files? We need screenshots of your .minecraft folder, mods folder, and your versions folder as well as the last modified date shown and leave the images uncropped so we can determine their validity. note: Also, for clarification, the date you posted isn't even a valid date. There are not 13 or 16 months in a year, either way you want to look at it. The proper date was June 13, 2015.
Sorry, I thought it would email me when you responded. I was checking my email periodically!! Here they are. BTW, the parent folder matches the date files were moved within that folder. For the actual versions, the last modified date was the last time i loaded the client. Also, none of those mods are exploitative. They are just mods that enhance my experience by editing the HUD to display current status. Here's the most of the folder I can get in one shot The date that I said, that is incorrect is exactly what the response was when I tried to connect to the server. I didn't really understand what date that was supposed to be either. Here's my HUD and the message that I get when I try to connect. By the way, that thing at the top right is NOT a radar. If players are sneaking, the dots disappear, it does NOT show player names, and the people it shows must be within a very small radius of me. This is only to be aware of my surroundings. Lastly, if this is rejected I would be pretty mad, because I don't think that not showing files on this server should be a bannable offense. I wasn't hacking, and it was the player who first asked for my files. Probably, when I logged off, he showed an admin, and got me banned. I wouldn't have abruptly left if I saw an admin asking me for files, obviously it is a clear indication that I am afraid of showing files. If even that defense is rejected, I guess I am a donor for a pretty high rank and just want to play on the server. I swear to god I didn't hack, but if it is taken that I do, I just hope to be unbanned by the mere fact that I have never been banned before and want a "second chance" (Even though I wasn't hacking)!! I really hope this appeal gets accepted.
Everything looks to be in order so you will be unbanned. Next time you are asked for files you cannot leave, because we assume that you are deleting hacks. Anyway, welcome back and have fun.
