So basically, I just spent a good 10-15 minutes teaching a couple of players on the zombies server on how to use /trade. As far as I can see, there is no board explaining how to use /trade on zombies and I just thought it would be helpful if one was added (eg: like the one at spawn on skyblock). I know you can do /aemtrades to see the basic commands to start a trade, but this doesn't tell people what to do once they've opened the trade interface (eg: adding items/money and confirming). Alternatively, someone could make a short video showing how to use /trade and post it on the forums for people to refer to. Just an idea
They can do /aemtrades so see how to start a trade, and once they get in, on each item in the Trade Window it reads what each item does. Good idea though, i just dont see what the difference is between a board explaining how to trade and the trade window + /aemtrades itself.
True, I just sometimes find that referring people to the board in skyblock is easier than explaining it myself, especially when chat is busy. The players I was explaining it to yesterday on zombies didn't seem to grasp that the other person couldn't steal the items they put in the trade window, or that they both had to click the green wool before the trade would work. A tutorial board like on skyblock would have saved me a lot of typing xD
Oh i didnt know which parts you were explaining to them. i didnt expect it to be like that lol. They should have the same board on all servers if that is the case on servers these days lol
