Wondering if this is still true?

    I recently made a squid farm on my island and I have not seen a single squid spawn after about 30 minutes of flying around, back and forth across my island. I came across this thread: https://aemservers.net/threads/squid.725/ and was wondering if this is still in effect.

    i can tell you that i do remember in the past that squid spawning was disabled but i am not sure if it still in effect better ask staff great question though

    I know they need to be between y=46 to y=64 to spawn. Also, before the reset squid were spawning and not being taken by clear lag, and that happened at least 6 months before the reset. After reset, i'm not sure, but I think they still should spawn.

    Yes they still do spawn.

    yes they do still spawn and do need to between the y coordinates. hope you succeed
