    So I was watching a YouTube video on Minecraft and they had shields?!

    I haven't played this game since late 2015 so what's in these new updates?

    Shields can be crafted in 1.9+ and reduce damage when you use them.
    New blocks and mobs have been introduced as well in 1.9 and 1.10.
    The most important change (for me) is pvp. There is no spam clicking anymore. You need to wait till your weapon has "reloaded". The best weapon is an axe in those versions.

    Unfortunately aem is 1.8 with 1.9 and 1.10 support.

    AEM is on 1.8 with 1.9 support .. sadly we do not have the 1.9 blocks such as shields and many other cool stuff.

    Ok so no spam clicking with weapons but what about spam clicking potions of harming? :eek:

    Yeah we did that on survival, but now we don't have those blocks.
