ok i just have a few questions. i have received an anonymous tip that the old world still exists. and i would do anything for a download. this world would bring back so many memories (like when i used to have friends irl) and would just make me really happy. it would also be awesome if everytime there is a reset, a world download is posted to the website (just my two cents). but even if no one can supply a world save, i just want to know that it exists and is somewhere safe next thought, will the reset change anything major? (besides the world itself of course lol). i really miss the old AEM where things were more... simple. no fancy vote keys, or fancy custom worlds. just plain (mostly vanilla survival with a few extra things). and i also miss being able to see ranks in tab. in short, AEM was simple and i think thats what kept it alive. and on the topic of custom worlds, yea they are cool and all but theres no reliable way to get slime balls because there are no slime chunks aaaaaaand.... *leans in too close* *whispers* "twinkie better return /wild to the pit (cuz its his fault) or i will eat him like the twinkie he is..." *leans back* just sayin...
Quick list to answer some questions: The reset world will be more leaned toward vanilla, and will also have standard vanilla biomes (oceans are back!) Slime chunks spawn regardless of world type. The only custom thing about the new world will be the occasional custom trees that rarely spawn. Keys aren't going anywhere, but we'll be redoing what you get from them to make it more interesting. That's really all I can say as that's most of what I know. I'll keep you posted though.
ok well that silly oreo [twinkies] told me there are no slime chunks thanks for answering all my questions. I'm happy that aem will be vanilla and I'm happy that u kept the custom trees. and good job poke. gratz on admin. I've seen that you have been doing a lot of AEM things on the forum. keep up the good work (twink is a pretzel)
