Which server were you banned on? Factions

Why were you banned from this server? When I was asked to say .help, I did. After I did that, I was then asked to show a screenshot of my options menu. So, I pressed F2 to take a screenshot and successfully did that. Then pressed the start button on my keyboard and as I did that, my minecraft simply closed but not completely. It took be right back to the launcher. I then tried to log back in as fast as I could and tried to explain but, it was to late and I got banned. I tryed to explain the situation but, it was to late and I got banned.

Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I don't understand why this happens but I have learned not to play in fullscreen or something like this will happen to me again on another server or on this one if you would give me second chance. I know that you probobly don't want me on your server but, I really enjoy it and have been playing on it a lot lately and made a lot of new friends and even got the doner rank of warlord the same day so, you can understand why I am so frustrated with my computer. I have a older computer and have been trying everything to speed it up. So please reconsider me playing on the factions portion of your server. Thank you for reading this.
