    Well, what makes the situation difficult is that the two accounts are at the same ip address and the excuse we get the most often is that it was never the person's fault that is being punished, but it was always a sibling or a friend. I'm not necessarily saying that you're lying, it's just that it's a very common excuse we get. Do you have anything to back up this claim that he's your brother and not just an alternate account owned or controlled by you?

    Your "brother" had been caught afk farming and mining for quite an amount of times already. Please post relevant proofs to show it isn't you.
