    Rank should have nothing to do with applying for staff regardless. If they know what they're doing and they are a good person, they should be staff, simple as that. That's my opinion anyway

    Most of the staff I know are under that age so no, that rule is not intact anymore.

    Does your in game rank get you a higher chance in becoming staff or not? For example, If I was Trusted rank, would I have a lower chance in becoming staff than if I was Extreme rank?
