The town also borders one of the iconic landmarks of ECC, a gigantic 200x200 monopoly board:

• Details:
• Town portal is on Towns5 and is on redstone line, stone quarter
• It is only 2-ish towns away from Legacy spawn, which is perhaps a 7 second fly. It also borders a huge monopoly border, which is somewhat famous on ECC
• Has many great features such as 2 rare fishing tables, a huge floating island (the first on ECC), a large medieval castle, a hotel, a wheat farm, a pumpkin/melon farm and a sugar cane farm
• Layout of plots is mainly 20x20 or 10x10 plots and I would have sold them for around $5000 or $2700 each in the past
• The "original owner" is extremely active still, which is rare for the town being created early 2012 (not long after the server was first created). This means I am sure they would be happy to apply for any extra features you so desire, of course, only if you ask nicely.
• There are no active residents and so you will not have to serve any eviction notices, the town would be able to get running the day you purchase
• Message me on the forums or in-game to offer a price
• I am willing to make a contract and thus payment plans are allowed
