buy every player run business, merge them all and have all the old owners run it. if that doesn't work out i'd just put them all out of business by making a literal dollar store. buy 1 stack of concrete for $1. then, I'd buy every feat possible. Then go 10 mil on Wigham next time they play Man City LOL
I would save up for college, save up for my siblings college, make retirement funds for my entire immedient family, pay off my parents debt, put one million aside for each one of us, give 2k to each family member as personal spending, do any other tasks that may haunt us in the future, and donate the rest to charities to 1. Save the environment 2. Save endangered animals 3. Stop poaching and 4. Cure cancer Then I might start a business to help save animals.
Host a pizza party where the max budget is 250 usd. Invest the rest and use 10 million to play poker in Vegas.
I would spend much of it on political advertising in an effort to influence elections when I please. The rest gets invested in real estate so I can jack up prices and force poor people out of certain areas. Then influence more elections with the profits.
The party I see fit should win. Whoever plans to benefit me the most and take the most from the average citizen would receive funding.
