Additional information about your town:

The mayor of Old_Spice, @suprise329, has been offline in excess of four months. Her father, @GStoner3, is a friend and is on from time to time. I am about to apply for four more towns which -- with this one as a crucial element -- will form a solid 600x600 block owned entirely by me, due north of Lancaster, which is also owned by me. The purpose of this land acquisition is to permit a huge build without destroying the central city of Lancaster, which I think should be preserved. @suprise329 needed my permission to place Old_Spice here, which I freely granted, and I am confident that she would grant permission for this town if she were still active. In essence, Old_Spice is a part of the "Lancaster grid" of adjacent towns, in which I always gave permission to players who wanted to become part of the city -- with the result that my own expansion is often blocked by players who have become inactive. The giving of permission to others to add to the "grid" was always an unspoken condition of being added oneself. See Pacificlands, Paragon, Lilydale, FarEastcaster, and a half dozen or so others. This added town would also be part of the "grid," and so I do not think I should be penalized in placing this town. In addition, I claimed yet another blocking town recently to allow this expansion to happen.

If this application cannot be granted by a Game_Admin because of suprise329's inactivity, I would ask that the zoning condition be waived. The towns touch only at one block on the corners. @Nicit6

I will wait to apply for the other four towns, to see if this request is granted first, as I will need to go back to the drawing board if it is not.

Also, if the size of the town is off by one block or so in one dimension, it is because the east-west dimensions of all five potential new towns have been placed to line up with the "grid," and the grid has been plagued by my miserable math skills from the very beginning. Lancaster itself is not exactly 200x200, and all the others radiate out from it.
