Additional information about your additional town: Town will be a western extension of Lancaster city. Given my relatively recent purchase of Eastcaster, I probably won't be buying any MORE towns for awhile. The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. @jmichael214 As you applied for that town transfer this would actually be your additional town #5. If you would like to continue please update your app accordingly.
I checked with a mod yesterday who thought this would be town # 4 even with the Culvercity thing, but that's why I disclosed it. The funds to purchase this as Town # 5 are in place, but I would certainly prefer it to be town # 4. Either way, I'm good to go, though, and I don't intend to complain.

You don't need to approve these kinds of thing with the contract format. Simply saying "I agree" is enough
