I'm honestly unsure whether this is Additional Town # 7, or Additional Town # 5. The only towns on the list above which I still "own" are Zenith and Lexington. See sale thread here by which I sold 15 towns in one transaction:

However, I am probably still the original owner of all of them. I have $2,000,000.00 in my balance to cover all four applications that I am filing today, and I have planned in case they can only legitimately be considered four "7+" towns. I will NOT complain if they turn out to be #2, 3, 4 and 5, with the prices that some with them.

EDIT: This town will be immediately adjacent to "Palace," "Palace1," and "Palace2." I own them all, and I consent to this placement for purposes of the zoning rules.​
