I am not sure. I asked a couple times but all I got was that I had knowledge of the signs and leaked staff chat. The first one I don't know think breaks any rules, the second one was quite minor, but an offense against staff guidelines nonetheless.​

I'll address the issues over the last day one by one.

The Money

I had no business whatsoever with the money, except for the fact that I noted down who took loans and who invested. I didn't make any decisions, although I occasionally advised on them. My part in the business was about as big as Nicit's was. I never handled any Vault of ECC money and had absolutely nothing to do with the scamming. I couldn't have scammed anyway since, as I just said, don't have or handle any of the money going through the Vault of ECC, and I have made it clear that I will be doing my best to sort this mess out.

The Signs

Yes, I knew about the signs. As many people know, me and obble are friends. He had been talking about leaving and decided that using the signs was going to be a nice (and trolly) way to leave. I thought we were going to get the financial stuff for the Vault of ECC sorted first, then he would leave the business and leave ECC using those signs. He just named some people who he didn't like and announced his retirement from ECC. He didn't say he was going to sell/take all the money. just showed us this.

Yeah, I was there for reasons stated above. I went afk, he must have pushed me there, or I just afk'ed in that corner, I don't remember.

My Conversation With Obble In Local Chat

Yup, I said that. I had no clue who the resident was. This is a bit sensitive but we were talking in Skype about how a certain user was Sportsbook'ing/lotto'ing all the time and how they were never going to be able to pay off the $3,000,000 or so due to us in a little while. This user had also been pestering us for a while so as a joke I said "That's what he gets for messing with VoECC" and obble said he would pay me if I copied and pasted it in local. I humored him since we were friends but I didn't know the significance this would have.

My "Leaking" Staff Chat

I told obble about something funny that happened in staff chat. It was funny, meant as a joke and utterly inconsequential. That was the only screenshot where I "leaked" anything or took a screenshot, the rest are all not mine.

That was all I was "involved" in. I never wanted anyone to get hurt, once again, I will try my best to help anyone affected by this as best I can.

I know many of you will write this appeal off as rubbish, to put it mildly. I know there is nothing that I can do to stop that, and you are of course free to think as you will. I have told my side of this story and I told only the truth. I know that if I was an outsider looking on I would probably not believe it either. But I had no reason to do what I was banned for and I have no reason to lie here now. I hope the people that actually know me will know that I would never do something like this, it's just not in my nature. Please realize that obble decided to bring me down with him.

I hope you take this appeal under serious consideration. I know this has seriously destroyed a reputation I worked hard to build, I wouldn't risk everything that I have done on something petty like this. I am kinda annoyed I got banned before being allowed to explain myself like this, but what's done is done.

As an exception for this case, andrew has said that ALL questions are allowed, and I have an obligation to answer them, so ask away.

It's not nothing, I broke a staff rule. I'm just saying it's not hugely significant.

 

Nothing remains that I know of. We will have to work with the money andrew has given us and any people that still owe the Vault of ECC.

I think you can still change it, not sure though, will have to test at some stage.
